I must commend ariel for his really good service. He turned our rainy day around. my friends and i were ready to leave due to the weather, but ariel convinced us to stay for a meal. his service was great, and his jokes kept us entertained. It made the day nice (i especially enjoyed the anecdotes). we stayed so long that the rain stopped, and we were able to return to the pool.
i noticed the sliding doors that separate the living space from the bedrooms did not close correctly. one bed stand was missing a post, so the bed fell to the floor on one end. the sofa had stains (i suppose it requires proper maintenance).

The hotel is situated near restaurants and shops. the hotel provided bicycles. I could enjoy a ride every morning. the hotel has direct access to the beach through a small gate.

The hotel features an excellent swimming pool with a pleasant water temperature. day passes are available for purchase. It allows access to the beach and the pool. bag storage is a service, allowing guests to enjoy the facilities.

I appreciated the convenient beachfront access. It made beach trips simple. The hotel offers bikes, a great amenity for exploring the area. The pool area has options for both adults and children. The heated pool was a plus. Valet service was helpful. I found them quick and attentive (especially during busy times).

Acceptable stay with some issues
inconsistent ratessmaller room
Three different staff members gave me varying rates for overnight parking. The final charge was higher than any of the advised amounts. I booked the same room type as my last stay a couple months ago, but I received a much smaller room without explanation (i was quite disappointed).

Decent Location but Room Issues

This started early and continued throughout the day. The noise made it difficult to relax in my room. I also found the service inconsistent. Staff gave conflicting information regarding parking fees (it was way more than any of them advised).

Wonderful Experience

Julieta by the pool was just so sweet with my kids and very attentive. The beach drinks were tasty and the pool food was perfect. Access to the room and beach was very easy for my family. The hotel is well maintained (I even spotted an iguana!).

The room had refillable water bottles which i found helpful and eco-friendly. The air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. A great shower was available, complete with good water pressure.

Staff by the pool were nice and quick. The beach staff helped with chairs and towels very efficiently. I got a welcome text asking if i had any needs (very thoughtful).

The pool area had a fun atmosphere while offering a separate quiet area. The hotel has easy access to the beach which i found very convenient (it really made things relaxing). Next time I will use the bikes.
